757 Smokes is seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Media Clerk to join our team. This role combines hands-on customer engagement in our smoke shop with the management of our digital presence.

Duties
Engage with customers to build strong relationships and gain insights into their preferences.
Familiarize yourself with our products and services to accurately represent our brand online.
Assist with merchandising and ensure promotional materials align with online campaigns.
Develop and implement engaging social media strategies for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and others.
Respond to customer inquiries and comments on digital platforms promptly and professionally
Manage and update the company website, including product listings, promotional banners, and website orders.
Monitor analytics and report on key metrics to measure the success of campaigns and suggest improvements.
Create high-quality content (graphics, photos, videos) that aligns with the company’s branding and appeals to our audience.
Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns to drive traffic, increase sales, and boost customer engagement.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools to continuously optimize efforts.
Experience
Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media management and website content updates.
Proficiency with social media platforms and tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar graphic design software.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and website order management (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
Experience in or knowledge of the smoke shop industry is a plus.
