Currently, we are seeking a Director of Account Management who will be responsible for providing leadership, while driving successful projects and outcomes for our clients.

As aDirector, Account Managementat SteadyMD you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining strong partnerships with clients and driving successful outcomes for our clients and their patients. Specifically, you will:

Own the relationship with our clients and their stakeholders and be responsible for the outcomes of each of their programs.

Have a strong solution-focused work ethic with a high degree of flexibility, supporting multiple projects of varying complexities and priorities

Have deep experience facilitating cross-functional team discussions, including well-developed negotiation skills and providing direction while not having direct authority

Partner closely with our clients to resolve challenges involving project strategy, scope, and direction

Drive the monthly process around reporting, forecasting, and analysis of client programs

Coordinate across our clinicians, medical operations, technology, product, patient experience, and other teams as necessary

Serve as the voice of the client and their patients to our internal teams

Partner closely with other Account Managers and Project Management to ensure optimal operational efficiency by tracking progress and results across all clients and programs

Requirements

7+ years experience in Account Management or Client Services managing large, cross-functional support initiatives, with an emphasis on customer experience and quality

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in healthcare or technology

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience working at a start-up or in an ambiguous work environment

Great communication, organization, presentation, interpersonal, and time management skills

Organized and detail-oriented – a lover of process

Ability to creatively solve problems without breaking a sweat

Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment

Experience with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Jira, Google Docs)

Ability to work at least 3 days from our office in Central West End, St. Louis, MO

Competitive Salary Range: $100K – $130k based on experience
