Job Description
We are seeking adynamicand strategic Director, Brand and Omnichannel Marketing to lead the execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand growth andcustomer engagement. This role leads all aspects of brand marketing, while overseeing omnichannel initiatives, ensuring an integrated, consistent experience across all touchpoints. Additionally, this role leads the brand marketing team while collaborating withcross-functional teamsto optimize customer touchpoints, enhance brand visibility, and drivesales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies and campaigns that align with overall business goals and enhance brand equity across all channels and touchpoints.
Omnichannel Strategy:
Lead integrated marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels, ensuring a seamless customer/consumer/patient experience and optimizing for ROI.
MarketingInnovation& Digitalization:
Driveinnovationin marketing programs, B2B/B2B2C/DTC activation and digitalization across all touchpoints and initiatives.
Customer-CentricFocus:
Drive a customer-first approach, enhancing loyalty and engagement through personalized brand experiences.
Data-Driven Insights & Analytics:
Use marketing analytics and data to derive actionable insights, optimize strategies, and provide strategic recommendations for the Canadian market.
Market Research:
Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Team Leadership&
Collaboration:
Build and lead a high-performing marketing team and foster a culture ofinnovationand accountability, while collaborating withcross-functional teamsto ensure executional excellence.
Performance Measurement:
