Plus sized women’s fashion brand based in Secaucus, New Jersey is looking for a full-time, in-person Marketing Director!
We are looking for aninnovativeleader with unique ideas to lead our marketing team! You would play an integral role in elevating the brand and creating comprehensive marketing strategies that drive nationwiderecognition. Familiarity with the Ashley Stewart brand is a plus!
Responsibilities
Write, execute, and analyze marketing plans featuringinnovativeideas to drive maximum results
Oversee the marketing calendar
Contribute to the elevation of the brand
Analyze marketing trends and apply research to improve marketing strategy
Create and maintain marketing budget
Manage Marketing and Creative Team including Creative Director, Art Director, and Social Media Manager
Ability to create strong brand stories and powerful marketing campaigns that resonate
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, MBA preferred
6+ years of marketing experience, preferably within a related industry
Excellentcommunication, interpersonal, andleadershipskills and extensive experience in leading a team.
Strategic minded with the ability to write comprehensive and effective marketing plans
Thorough understanding of ecommerce and fashion industry
The ability to work quickly and efficiently while adapting to changing priorities while juggling a variety of tasks and projects
Proactive and resourceful, with an upbeat can-do attitude
Strong commitment to maintaining industry best practices
