The Brand Marketing Coordinator will support the Global Marketing Team’s efforts to bring the Cole Haan brand to life for the customer. Sitting on the Brand Marketing team, this person will play an instrumental project in cross-channel synchronization of campaign project management, content planning and product coordination. This person will work closely with both the marketing and brand design teams to coordinate campaigns and the execution of all brand initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to become actively immersed in integrated brand planning and contribute to Cole Haan’s presence across all channels.

Responsibilities:

Partner with the greater Marketing team to actualize projects, as well as coordinate cross-functionally with Product Development, Merchandising, Buying, Brand Design and Digital teams.
Support the development and execution of campaign launches and seasonal marketing plans that increase brand awareness and new customer acquisition.
Provide general support to the brand marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining accurate records of campaign performance and feedback.
Facilitate day-to-day PR editorial and media requests, coordinate the development and distribution of seeding kits and PR gifting, and support any brand / PR events.
Support social media team with product fulfillment and gifting for influencer program.
Monitor the usage of the brand assets across global channels and address any inconsistencies.
Assist with financial administration tasks, ensuring smooth budgeting processes and accuracy.
Assist in the adoption and optimization of processes across Brand Marketing asset creation and channel executions.
Be an exceptional collaborator and communicator, driven by solutions. Provide clear and concise communication with internal and external partners to ensure defined deliverables are met.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or similar.
A team player who is highly motived, collaborative and a driven self-starter.
Strong organizational, communication and project management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms

Hourly Range: From $28.85 – $33.65 + 10% bonus

Bonus Eligibility: Yes, eligible for annual target bonus based on company and individual performance
