POSITION SUMMARY The Surgical Vision Director, Digital & Channel Marketing is responsible for leading and developing an integrated strategic promotional plan to drive customer awareness, loyalty, and sales growth to achieve business objectives in the United States. This position plays a crucial role in developing comprehensive channel strategies and digital innovations along the customer journey and aligned with business objectives, delivering a connected experience for customers and patients through online/offline channels leveraging paid media, digital marketing, trade shows, and marketing operations to strengthen customer relationships and enable sales teams effectively.
By analyzing market trends, digital solutions and competitor activities, the Director can identify new opportunities, adapting strategies and tactics to maximize
brand awareness
and market penetration. Moreover, utilizing effective digital marketing and analytical tools enables effective and efficient targeting, lead generation, and performance tracking.
The Director, Digital & Channel Marketing will cultivate strong partnerships with multiple functions internally and outside agencies and vendors to effectively build and execute key promotional activities. Â This senior leader manages a team in a matrix environment and is accountable for meaningful
