We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Events Marketing to lead the planning, execution, andoptimizationof our global event strategy. This role is critical in drivingbrand awareness, demand generation, andcustomer engagementthrough high-impact conferences, trade shows, and exclusive Finout-led experiences.
The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with deep expertise in B2B event marketing, exceptional organizational skills, and a data-driven approach to event success. This role requires strongcollaborationacross Marketing, Sales, and Product teams, as well as with external vendors and agencies.
We offer acompetitive salaryin the range of 170-200 OTE
Responsibilities:
Own and drive Finout’s global event marketing strategy, aligning events with brand and pipeline goals.
Lead theend-to-end planning and executionof high-profile industry conferences, trade shows, customer events, and exclusive executive experiences.
Defineevent goals, KPIs, and success metrics, ensuring clear ROI measurement and reporting.
Guide and mentor a team(internal or external) to execute world-class events.
Manage and optimizeevent budgets, working closely with finance and legal teams on contracts and vendor negotiations.
Oversee agency and vendor relationships for event production, branding, and logistics.
Collaborate withMarketing, Sales, and Customer Success teamsto drive demand generation and maximize event impact.
Ensureconsistent brand messaging and high-quality executionacross all event-related touchpoints.
Stay ahead ofindustry trends, continuously innovating event experiences.
Travel as needed for on-site event execution and management.
Requirements:
5+ years of experiencein Event Marketing, Field Marketing, or Demand Generation, preferably in ahigh-growth B2B SaaS company(must).
Proven track recordofleading global event programsthat drivebrand awarenessand sales pipeline growth.
Experience managinglarge-scale industry events, conferences, and trade shows (must).
Exceptionalleadershipandproject managementskills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
Near-native English proficiency(must).
Strong analytical mindset, with experience in measuring event performance and optimizing for ROI.
Deep understanding ofcross-functional collaboration, aligning with sales and marketing objectives.
Familiarity withHub Spot, Salesforce, and event management platforms (a plus).
Degree inMarketing, Communications, or a related field(a plus).
Ability to thrive in afast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
