CELLSCRIPT™, a private biotech company that develops technologies for mRNA production and quality control, is searching for an experienced Senior Marketing Campaign Manager to play a key role in the marketing and commercial growth of the company’s product portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will interact and collaborate across different teams including Marketing, Product Management, and R&D to develop and execute strategic and tactical marketing plans. Your scientific background in mRNA, cell and gene therapy and/or mRNA vaccine development will be used to create concise effective marketing communications that address customer pain points from a scientific voice. Marketing campaigns will utilize a broad range of channels including emails, social media, webinars, customer stories, thought leadership articles, infographics, website landing pages, videos, podcasts, online banner ads, and other digital advertising. Outreach to and engagement with KOLs will incorporate customer voice and end user experience to your content. Finally, you will be responsible for analyzing performance metrics of your marketing campaigns and reporting those results to internal teams using relevant KPIs, dashboards and visualization methods.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Create and execute strategic and tactical marketing plans across targeted customer segments using a wide variety of channels that include emails, social media, digital advertising, conferences, and KOL engagement.
Work with Product Marketing and Graphic Design to create, update, and manage marketing content and materials, including brochures, product flyers, thought leadership articles, customer stories, application notes, and website marketing landing pages.
Work with the Marketing Automation Manager to monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance focusing on brand awareness, customer website visits and journeys, lead generation, sales opportunities, and revenue generation. Create reports for campaign KPI performance (e.g. form submissions, lead generation, webinar registrations, email and page clicks, opportunities/revenue generation, etc.) for individual marketing tactics and campaigns.
Work with Product Marketing and R&D to perform market research.
Engage KOL customers to participate in webinars, conference sponsorships, videos, and other marketing activities that showcase their research and use of CELLSCRIPT technologies.
Manage onsite and virtual conference and event participation and sponsorships (e.g. booth creation, internal and customer research posters and talks), and attend conferences and events as necessary.
Organize, advertise, and host webinars.
Work with third party vendor sites to manage product listings, descriptions, application updates and pricing.
Keep current on new marketing and mRNA research applications and technologies.

Qualifications and Experience:

Advanced degree in cell or molecular biology (PhD is preferred)
A minimum of 5 years relevant marketing experience in cell and/or molecular biology (mRNA, cell and gene therapy or mRNA vaccine development highly preferred)
Experience with CRM, marketing automation and analytics tools (Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Google Analytics preferred)
Experience with search engine optimization (SEO), search engine ads (SEA), and paid social media
Management of 3rd party vendors
Ability to learn complex scientific concepts and communicate those concepts clearly in writing
Ability to travel 10% to represent the company at scientific conferences
