As a Director, Go-to-Market Strategy on the Employee Solutions Integrated Marketing team, you’ll play a pivotal role by owning the development of strategic marketing roadmaps and rollout plans within four of our leading recordkeeper channels.

In addition to an earnest desire to help people, we are looking for the ideal candidate to complement the team’s existing talents. For this Director, Go-to-Market Strategy role, we are seeking a candidate with client-facing experience and a combination of B2B and B2C marketing skills to help advance the growth and adoption of our retirement planning services. If you are a bold leader who is equal parts strategist and executer, someone who can look big picture and develop strong internal and external relationships, this may be the opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

Develop a deep understanding and expertise of the priorities, goals, ecosystems and audiences across each of our top recordkeeping partners.

Translate broader strategic marketing priorities into unique, actionable employee experience roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.

Represent EFE marketing in external partner meetings, crafting and delivering content for alignment and adoption.

Partner across Marketing to lead prioritization, customization and execution of multi-channel marketing programs.

Act as a strategic thought partner and primary point-of-contact with key internal business leaders to align priorities within each recordkeeping partner.

Analyze and interpret ongoing marketing performance at a recordkeeper level to demonstrate the effectiveness of newly deployed and/or ongoing programs.

Develop deep understanding of EFE’s unique digital integration and respective capabilities to effectively partner across Marketing to develop digital-specific strategies.

Requirements:

10-15 years of marketing experience.

Financial industry experience, ideally within workplace retirement planning/recordkeeping.

Past client-facing roles including presenting to executive-level stakeholders.

Skilled at building relationships and leading through influence.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Results-oriented mindset.

Experience in a white-label marketing environment.

Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to develop creative and alternative solutions.

Highly collaborative with ability to work cross-functionally to achieve desired outcomes.

Natural storyteller who can connect bigger picture visions to more tactical plans.

Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.

Change agent with a willingness and curiosity to challenge the status quo.

Well-rounded skillset, with strengths in analytical and creative thinking.
