In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and running, with excellence, one of the lead markets in the Global hub, covering all relevant global and local digital and offline platforms. We are looking for an individual with 10+ years of relevant experience in digital media/ecommerce operations and who has a
proven track record
of running large scale clients.

Overview of jobThe Japan E2E Media Director will be responsible to:
Develop strategy and media channel recommendations to ensure we deliver as per the set targets.
Work with the team on the mid-year and annual strategy to achieve the desired KPIs for the business.
Proactively plan and implement digital development and growth of the client.
Deliver
innovative
and
creative solutions
to media briefs.
Ensure delivery of a digital solution which is relevant to the client’s business by fine-tuning budget allocation, weights, phasing, site mix in creation of the media  on top of in-campaign performance, and recommend changes in-flight to deliver the best against the plan.
Identify opportunities and new interests for the client to drive revenue and benefit business needs as their advisor.
Work collaboratively across departments within the network and the team as needed.
Manage overall agency/
client relationship
by providing strategic input while translating the client’s vision and needs into business requirements.
Lead and build strategic platforms (using SG Hub and local market intelligence) and POVs that can be adopted and adapted around the market; leverage global POVs for market where relevant.
Ensure compliance with Group
M and the client.
Lead to address critical issues as they  this role,

will be:
In 3 months:
Work with the team to respond to briefs ensuring that the Group
M’s product and Global principles are brought to life.
Develop existing team’s capability on the business.
Establish strategic and operational presence and build outstanding relationships with key clients both local and global.
Establish best-in-class platform/format KPIs & benchmarks, for both media and content  6 months:
Consistent operational excellence in delivery to the brand.
Develop market level perspectives (in form of reports, PPTs, summaries, thought
leadership
pagers, etc.) at bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual level.
Develop synergies with other markets on planning and strategy.
