What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage the admissions process, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for residents and families.
Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to enhance the facility’s visibility and reputation in the community.
Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, referral sources, and community partners.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure census goals are met.
Provide exceptional customer service and act as a key point of contact for inquiries and tours.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in admissions, marketing, or a related field within a healthcare or long-term care setting.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with referral sources.
A creative and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and insurance processes is a plus.
