What You’ll Do:
As our Director of Admissions & Marketing, you’ll wear many hats and play a key role in telling the story of our community to potential residents and their families. Your focus will be on increasing awareness of our services, building relationships, and overseeing the admissions process to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for new residents. Here’s a peek at some of your responsibilities:
Lead the Charge in Admissions: Manage the admissions process, guiding families through the steps and ensuring they feel confident and informed every step of the way.
Create Engaging Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to promote our facility and services. From social media to print materials, you’ll make sure everyone knows why we’re the best in town!
Build Relationships: Establish strong relationships with local healthcare professionals, community organizations, and families to drive referrals and promote our services.
Promote Our Amazing Culture: Showcase the heart and soul of our facility by creating campaigns that highlight our staff, residents, and the positive impact we have on the community.
Track & Report: Use your analytical skills to track marketing performance and provide feedback on strategies and goals.
What We’re Looking For:
A passionate leader with a heart for helping others and a knack for marketing!
Experience in admissions or marketing in a healthcare setting (preferably in senior care).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you love building relationships and making connections.
Creativity and innovation – you’re always thinking of new ways to tell our story and engage with the community.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, all while keeping a positive, can-do attitude!
