COMPENSATION: Salary up to $130,000 plus uncapped commissions, 100% employer-paid health/dental/vision insurance (for employe AND family), STD/LTD, Commuter Benefits, 401k (immediately vested) and much more!
Director of Business Development Skills/Qualifications:
College degree or equivalent years of experience
3-5 years of related work experience in sales, marketing, or customer service with a demonstrated history of growth
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
Strong analytical skills and experience analyzing campaign performance to provide optimization recommendations
Proficiency with customer relationship management platforms and marketing tools
Experience in contract or non-profit fields of hospitality
