Business Development Director
KCM are recruiting for a business Development Director for a Design and Build Construction company who specialized in Data Center construction.
The role can be based in Ireland or Mainland Europe.
You will need to have BD experience in the DC world and established relationships with key decision-makers in major hyperscale/DC client companies operating in Europe
The position will pay €200K+ with added benefits/bonus structure for the successful/relevant candidate.
Responsibilities
Set up BD team and hopefully get out of the traps early!!
Leverage existing relationships to identify and secure new business opportunities across the EU data center market
Utilize industry network to identify early-stage opportunities and potential market movements
Build and maintain strategic relationships with executives and senior decision-makers
Lead complex deal negotiations, drawing on established industry relationships
Represent the company at industry events and maintain high visibility in the data center community
Provide market intelligence and competitive insights based on industry network
Mentor team members in relationship building and network development
Liaise with commercial/bid management teams
