Position Summary: The Director of Client Services will lead our client relations initiatives, focusing on community engagement and service excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Development: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing client services team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Client Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring our services meet the evolving needs of the community.
Community Outreach: Establish and maintain strong relationships with community members and organizations to promote our services and identify opportunities for collaboration.
Program Development: Design and oversee programs that address the specific needs of our clients, integrating best practices and innovative approaches.
Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that effectively communicate our mission and services to a broader audience.
Performance Monitoring: Utilize data-driven approaches to assess program effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
Stay Up to Date with DDD Policies and Guidlines.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in client services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in support coordiantion organizations is a plus.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds, demonstrating empathy and effective communication.
Leadership Abilities: Proven track record of leading teams, with strong organizational and decision-making skills.
Marketing Acumen: Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive engagement and growth.
Community Engagement: Demonstrated commitment to community involvement and the ability to build partnerships that benefit clients and the organization.
