We are looking for a Freelance Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our online presence. This is a fully remote, performance-based role ideal for a skilled marketer with expertise in social media, website management, and SEO.

Job Summary

As a Freelance Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing social media accounts, optimizing our Google website, and implementing SEO strategies to improve our online visibility. Your role will focus on increasing engagement, generating leads, and converting potential clients through content marketing, website optimization, and targeted outreach.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management & Content Creation

Manage all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Create high-quality content, including video recordings, before-and-after visuals, daily office stories, and trending/comedic TikToks with staff.
Respond to social media inquiries, engage with followers, and assist potential clients with booking appointments.

Website & SEO Optimization

Update and manage the Google website to ensure accurate, engaging, and professional content.
Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine ranking and organic traffic.
Optimize website content, meta descriptions, keywords, and blog posts for better online visibility.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to attract and retain clients.
Follow up with marketing leads through calls, social media interactions, and email outreach.
Track analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing success and optimize strategies accordingly.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
Strong knowledge of SEO strategies, keyword research, and website optimization.
Proficiency in Google Sites, WordPress, or other website management tools.
Experience with video editing software (Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, etc.).
Proficiency in photo editing and design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
Strong communication skills and ability to engage with online communities.
Self-motivated, creative, and able to adapt to new digital marketing trends.

Compensation & Benefits

Performance-based pay: $500 per converted client.
Fully remote position with a flexible work schedule—work on your own time.
