The Role

The Director of Customer Success will lead and inspire a high-performing team. Key responsibilities include:

Leading and managing the Customer Success team.

Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Developing and executing a customer success strategy aligned with business goals.

Optimizing customer success processes for effectiveness and scalability.

Analyzing client data and identifying areas for improvement.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in customer success or account management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (ideally in an EdTech or SaaS business).

Proven track record of leading teams, developing strategy, and delivering high retention and growth.

Experience managing complex, global accounts.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
