Tellos is changing that. We are helping ABA therapists to start and run independent in-home practices without dealing with the business and admin overhead. Our all-in-one platform handles everything from insurance, billing, client acquisition, RBT hiring, and scheduling so they can focus on delivering care.
Tellos is growing rapidly, expanding across multiple states with strong product-market fit. We’re looking for a growth leader to build a repeatable growth engine, refine our market expansion playbook, and help us scale efficiently.
The Role
This is a critical role at Tellos, responsible for building our Growth function. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to establish our growth foundation and scale it into a machine. You won’t just execute marketing campaigns, you’ll define and refine our go-to-market motion, optimize revenue levers, and build scalable, repeatable growth processes.
Your goal: Find, validate, and scale a repeatable growth playbook for Tellos.
What You’ll Work On
Client Growth
Build and optimize a repeatable, scalable referral program with pediatricians, behavioral health networks, schools, speech and occupational therapy clinics.
Drive client acquisition through SEO, paid ads, and content marketing (Google, Meta, etc.).
Ensure a strong balance between provider (BCBA) supply and patient demand as we expand into new markets.
Growth Strategy & Revenue Optimization
Develop growth models to hit key revenue milestones, including utilization rate improvements and patient onboarding efficiency.
Analyze data from revenue cycle management (RCM) and payer reimbursement timelines to identify growth opportunities.
Market Expansion & Brand Awareness
Drive market expansion strategy: Which new states should we enter next? What are the payer, market, talent dynamics?
Position Tellos as the go-to solution for independent ABA providers through targeted brand-building initiatives.
Build strong relationships with insurance networks, referral sources, and strategic partners.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Work closely with product, ops, and engineering to ensure growth loops are built into the product itself.
Partner with clinical and provider operations teams to drive retention and engagement.

What You Bring
3+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or business development at a high-growth startup.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth, ideally in healthcare startup or high-growth digital health environment.
Experience scaling growth in regulated, high-trust service businesses (healthcare, education, or home-based care).
Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, referral programs, and lifecycle marketing.
Analytical mindset with experience using data tools (Excel, SQL, or BI platforms) to track and optimize key growth metrics.
Drive client acquisition through referral networks, local outreach, and high-intent digital strategies, understanding that trust, speed to care, and regional dynamics are as important as traffic volume.
Familiarity with Commercial & Medicaid payers, reimbursement models, or multi-state payer variation is a plus.
Experience with sales, partnerships, or channel marketing is a plus.
