ABOUT THE POSITION

As the Director of Digital Marketing, you’ll take full ownership of our paid media and advertising strategies. Initially you’ll be hands on — creating, managing, and optimizing various advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, Indeed, etc) — while scaling and refining our proven marketing systems to support both business development and client service fulfillment. Then once you’re up to speed, you’ll gradually delegate responsibilities to team members. Allowing you to focus on the overall marketing strategy, ongoing innovation, and high-level optimization as we continue to scale.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ad Management: Develop, manage, and optimize all company PPC campaigns to drive results for both client and business growth.
Client Services: Regularly post and manage a high volume of online job postings on platforms like Indeed utilizing established templates and guidelines.
Optimization: Analyze and refine all internal marketing strategies/channels to enhance performance, efficiency, and accommodate rapid growth.
New Channels: Launch and manage additional marketing channels (like email campaigns, blogs, newsletters, etc) to expand our marketing reach.
Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing partners/contractors including copywriters, designers, SEO agencies, developers, etc to efficiently execute strategies.
A/B Testing: Implement systematic A/B testing processes to refine ad performance, targeting, and messaging.
Analytics: Track, analyze, and report KPI’s to gauge efficiency of marketing channels, enhance performance, and drive strategic decision-making.
Process Development: Build scalable and replicable systems, templates, and processes for future team growth and efficiency.
Leadership: Build, train, and manage a high-performing marketing team as the company expands.

REQUIREMENTS

6+ years of hands-on PPC advertising experience (B2B preferred)
2+ years of full-time remote experience (hybrid/covid not applicable)
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Self-driven strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving abilities
Demonstrated success creating, optimizing, and scaling marketing systems
Advanced proficiency in Meta ad campaigns is a strong advantage
Advanced skills in analytics, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making
Stellar written communication skills with the ability to craft and refine engaging ad copy, value propositions, etc.
Automation/integration expertise is a plus
Highly organized with strong project management and prioritization abilities
Ability to synthesize and present KPI’s and marketing insights
Proficient with CRM systems (we use HubSpot)
