Our client is seeking an experienced Director of E-Commerce to drive digital growth, enhance customer experience, and lead the transformation of online sales channels, including DTC and marketplaces like Amazon and Wayfair. This role involves strategy development, P&L management, marketing execution, and team leadership while overseeing two direct reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketplace strategies, focusing on Amazon growth and other platforms.
Optimize product listings, advertising, and customer acquisition for maximum ROI.
Plan and launch a direct-to-consumer e-commerce site with scalable solutions.
Lead multi-channel digital marketing efforts, including email, SMS, paid ads, and influencer programs.
Analyze data to improve KPIs like sales and customer lifetime value.
Foster team growth and innovation while collaborating across departments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
7+ years of e-commerce experience with expertise in Amazon and DTC sales.
Proven track record in P&L management, digital marketing, and driving revenue growth.
Strong analytical, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
