Our client operates 9 nursing facilities in the Los Angeles area, providing high-quality care and services to our residents. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to create and manage social media content for our nursing homes.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and innovative Social Media Manager to develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for our 9 nursing homes. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple social media accounts, creating engaging content, and growing online communities.
Responsibilities:
Create and manage social media content for 9 nursing homes, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and some websites
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase online engagement and grow our online communities
Design and create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content for social media
Write and schedule engaging posts, tweets, and other social media content
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media
Analyze social media metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly
Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure social media content aligns with our overall marketing strategy
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
Experience creating and scheduling social media content using Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar tools
Excellent writing, graphic design, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
