Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our social media presence across various platforms and companies. The ideal candidate will develop and execute innovative campaigns to increase engagement, drive traffic, and grow our brand’s online community.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Maintain, curate, and publish engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Google).
Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize content performance.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community relationships across all platforms.
Analyze social media data and metrics to track performance and optimize strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, sales) to maintain brand consistency.
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to drive reach and conversions.
Stay up to date with digital marketing and social media trends.
Manage influencer partnerships and brand collaborations.
Ensure compliance with platform policies and industry regulations.
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer).
Experience with content creation, graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), and video editing (a plus).
Knowledge of SEO, social media analytics, and digital advertising.
Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Creative mindset with a passion for digital trends and brand storytelling.
Preferred Skills
Experience with influencer marketing and brand partnerships.
Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from data.
