WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Director of Human Resources (Maldivian)
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources in a resort environment
In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to foster a positive and inclusive work culture
Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and activities while ahead of target
Hands-on experience in handling resort team
Solid understanding of Payroll, Recruitment, Benefits & Compensation, Employee Engagement and Training & Development
Skilled in strategic planning to collaborate with leaders and HR department to drive business initiatives
Demonstrated ability to attract, retain and develop top talent and capability to build a strong succession planning
