Job Title: AI & Organizational Growth Lead
Overview:
We are a Netherlands-headquartered tech group with a lean development team in India. Our projects range from custom software solutions to AI-powered startups across multiple verticals. We operate with the belief that a small core team, powered by AI and strong leadership, can achieve big-company results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Task Management & Team Coordination:
o Assign and track tasks across development, HR, finance, and future sales support teams—making sure everyone knows what to do and when to do it.
o Use AI-driven tools (e.g., workflow automation, voice interfaces, or chatbots) to minimize manual oversight and maintain real-time visibility on progress.
o Continuously refine processes to reduce inefficiencies and maintain accountability in a multi-project environment.
2. Building a Management Structure:
o Design and implement a scalable organizational framework—introducing team leads or coordinators as needed to oversee key functions.
o Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), reporting structures, and communication cadences that institutionalize best practices.
o Mentor rising leaders within the team, ensuring each functional area has competent, AI-savvy oversight.
3. AI-Driven Process & Workflow Automation:
o Champion AI adoption across all departments, whether it’s project management, coding, HR tasks, or sales outreach—aiming for 80–90% automation of routine activities.
o Integrate AI agents, code assistants, and other emerging tools to enhance team efficiency (e.g., virtual developers, voice-based customer interactions, automated ticket creation).
o Train and empower team members to fully utilize AI capabilities in their roles.
4. Sales Support & Organizational Expansion:
o Lead the setup of a sales support organization in India: implement AI-based CRM systems, automate lead follow-ups, and generate client-ready reports.
o Evaluate opportunities for additional vendor partnerships, or infrastructure upgrades to support organizational growth.
o Ensure new business lines—like marketing AI tools, new startup concepts, or specialized support services—are operationalized effectively.
5. Strategic Business Growth & New Ventures:
o Partner with top leadership to brainstorm, plan, and launch new ventures or products—coordinating resources, setting timelines, and monitoring KPIs.
o Manage pilot programs for emerging startup ideas, using fast feedback loops and AI analytics to validate market potential.
o Contribute to broader strategic decisions (e.g., identifying new revenue streams, prioritizing R&D) based on practical insights from on-the-ground operations.
6. Cross-Functional Communication & Reporting:
o Serve as the key liaison between India-based teams and global leadership—providing concise, data-driven updates on milestones, risks, and successes.
o Use AI-enabled dashboards and reporting tools to visualize progress, forecast potential bottlenecks, and recommend solutions.
o Maintain clear, respectful communication channels across cultures, time zones, and functional areas.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in AI implementation, organizational development, or a related field.
Strong understanding of machine learning, data analytics, and AI technologies.
Excellent project management and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $100,000.00 per month
