We are seeking a Part-Time Research & Outreach Assistant to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will conduct market research, identify potential buyers in various industries, and reach out via email and phone calls to invite them to international trade shows in Taiwan. This is an in-person position at our Dallas office.
Responsibilities
Research and compile a database of potential buyers, importers, and distributors across different industries.
Conduct outreach via email and phone calls to promote participation in Taiwan-based trade shows.
Maintain and update contact databases and outreach records.
Follow up with interested companies and provide event information.
Assist in preparing reports on outreach progress and buyer engagement.
Perform other administrative and support tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Strong research skills with the ability to identify key contacts in various industries.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in email outreach, cold calling, or business development is a plus.
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
Familiarity with trade shows, international business, or Taiwan’s industries is a plus.
Must be able to work in-person at our Dallas office.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 32 per week
