We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition and revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategies. If you’re passionate about scaling businesses, optimizing funnels, and leveraging data to drive measurable results, we want you on our team!
What You’ll Do
Growth Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement multi-channel growth strategies (paid ads, content marketing, email, social media).
Optimize the marketing funnel to improve customer acquisition and conversion rates.
Performance Tracking & Data Analysis
Monitor key KPIs, CAC, LTV, and conversion rates to measure marketing effectiveness.
Generate reports with actionable insights to continuously improve campaign performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Market Insights
Align marketing efforts with sales, product, and customer success teams.
Stay ahead of SEO, paid advertising, and marketing automation trends.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 5+ years in growth marketing or digital marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
Skills:
Strong expertise in paid search, social media advertising, and content marketing.
Proficiency in CRM systems, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
Data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing and funnel optimization.
Bonus Points (Preferred Qualifications)
B2B SaaS Marketing Experience – especially in the software or tech industry.
SEO & Content Optimization Knowledge – to enhance organic reach.
Experience Managing Marketing Budgets & ROI Analysis – to maximize profitability.
MBA or Advanced Degree – in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
