Hype AI is a fast-growing startup helping marketers unlock the power of AI. We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can drive our product-led growth strategy. We are empowering marketing teams though a next generation platform.
What You’ll Do
Own the Funnel: Plan and execute strategies to acquire and convert users—freemium onboarding, lifecycle emails, landing page tests, and referral campaigns.
Run Experiments: Collaborate with our Growth Engineer to design rapid A/B tests, measure results, and iterate until you find winning tactics.
Build Community & Content: Launch a vibrant community (Discord, social, or both) and publish engaging content that educates users, fosters evangelists, and fuels word-of-mouth.
Analyze & Optimize: Track KPIs (CAC, LTV, churn) and user behaviors, then make data-driven decisions to push continuous improvement.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Engineering for technical growth features, Customer Success on retention, and the CEO on strategic initiatives.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
