Job Summary

The Marketing Senior Manager role is a key role in organizing and amplifying marketing efforts, campaigns, and opportunities within corporate partners and programs to increase brand awareness for the organization. Collaborates closely with the Marketing, Communications, and cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that enhance partner engagement, raise general awareness, and drive fundraising through various channels. Incumbent works closely with external and partner marketing teams and seek new opportunities to amplify the CMN brand through new channels.

Oversees marketing initiatives within the Community Programs & Corporate Partnerships teams, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals. Leads project management for work teams, and coordinates work team agendas, tracks project progress, and facilitates communication among internal stakeholders, ensuring that marketing strategies are effectively executed across external channels. Creates efficiencies in creative efforts, maximizing fundraising opportunities, and strengthening the organization’s brand presence across multiple channels.

Core Duties

Develops and executes on marketing plans for each partner/program in an assigned portfolio with the goal of expanding CMNs brand awareness and fundraising opportunities through partner and organizations channels.

Collaborates and supports the partner/program annual plans, playing an integral role in campaign execution, ensuring that we efficiently maximize the opportunities to share our brand and mission.

Leads out on Work Teams focused on Corporate Programs and New Business Development, and project manage all tactics and status of work to ensure efficient use of resources.

Manages and seeks out opportunities to collaborate and partner with program/partner channels to maximize our reach and overall visibility.

Provides strategic support for campaign planning, understanding what the partners need to maximize fundraising and working across the organization to understand how the needs impact our teams.

Additional Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Builds relationships with external marketing contacts to actively seek opportunities in expanding our brands visibility.

2. Manages and owns the creation of partner & program wrap reports throughout the year to showcase support, success and review of certain campaigns or events.

3. Maintains a baseline knowledge of partner portfolio specific and related industries (such as retail marketing) to understand how industry and marketplace trends can influence marketing opportunities and fundraising.

4. Ensures synergy with resource creation with internal and cross-functional team members to mitigate redundancies.

5. Leverages technology to find efficiencies and support multiple needs at any given time.

6. Attend and support Key Partner events.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.

Required Experience:

3 years of experience in Marketing, Relationship Management, or Project Management

Proven experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams

Relationship-building, communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills to navigate complex needs and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience:

Past experience working with CMN Hospitals, its partners, programs, communities or member hospitals.

Preferred experience working with a marketing agency

Job Location: This role is eligible to be a remote position but employment is only available to individuals living in the following states: AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, DE, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MA, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY. Currently, we limit eligible states for new remote positions to those where we already have established operations.
