Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Marketing to lead the local and corporate marketing efforts for Belle Oaks Marketplace. This individual will be based in the Leasing Center and play a key role in strategically positioning Belle Oaks as the premier luxury living destination in the Cleveland area. The Director of Marketing will focus on outreach to corporate housing businesses and major employers within a 15-mile radius, ensuring Belle Oaks becomes the preferred choice for professionals, executives, and relocators seeking high-end apartment living.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Branding: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive leasing and brand awareness for Belle Oaks Marketplace.
Corporate Outreach & Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with corporate housing providers, HR departments, and major employers to promote Belle Oaks as a top housing option for relocating professionals.
Community & Local Engagement: Represent Belle Oaks at networking events, business expos, and community functions to increase brand visibility.
Digital & Traditional Marketing: Manage online presence, advertising campaigns, and social media engagement to attract potential residents.
Content Creation & Promotions: Develop promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and email campaigns, to target corporate clients and prospective tenants.
Resident Retention Initiatives: Work closely with the leasing team to implement resident engagement events and programs to enhance the community experience.
Market Analysis & Reporting: Monitor market trends, leasing data, and competition to refine marketing strategies and ensure Belle Oaks maintains a competitive edge.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 4+ years in marketing, real estate, hospitality, or corporate housing outreach.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with luxury multi-family housing, corporate leasing, and local Cleveland-area business networks is a plus.
Networking & Sales-Oriented: Ability to develop relationships with HR professionals, relocation specialists, and corporate housing managers.
Creative & Strategic Thinker: Strong ability to craft and execute innovative marketing campaigns.
Strong Communication & Public Relations Skills: Comfortable presenting Belle Oaks to corporate executives and potential residents.
Digital Marketing Proficiency: Experience with social media, CRM tools, website management, and paid advertising campaigns.
Event Planning Experience: Ability to coordinate networking events, corporate tours, and promotional gatherings.
Self-Starter & Team Player: Highly motivated and works well in a collaborative leasing and development environment.
