Summary
As a Sales and Marketing Relations Field Representative at Senior Helpers, you will be instrumental in fostering relationships within the community to promote our vital services. This role is essential in enhancing our visibility and outreach efforts while aligning with our mission to provide compassionate care for Seniors. Our tenured team works together to assure our Seniors and Veterans in our community get the highest level of quality care possible!
Responsibilities
Develop and implement community outreach strategies to enhance awareness of Senior Helpers’ services.
Cultivate relationships with local organizations, healthcare providers, and community leaders.
Social media platforms to engage the community and promote events.
Conduct research to gather data on community needs and trends related to senior care.
Assist in organizing fundraising events and volunteer initiatives.
Prepare reports on community engagement efforts and outcomes for management review.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities for partnerships.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in community relations or a similar role within the healthcare or senior services sector.
Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to execute outreach programs effectively.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging diverse audiences.
Experience in social media management and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
Familiarity with budgeting processes and fundraising techniques is beneficial.
Ability to work collaboratively with volunteers and community partners.
Research data collection skills to inform strategic decisions.
Vehicle provided and expenses paid for marketing materials/events.
