Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Capture high-quality video and photos for use on social media platforms, including META (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, and others. Ensure content is compelling, creatively aligns with our brand identity, and engages our target audience.
SEO and Online Presence Management: Demonstrate a solid understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles to enhance our visibility on search engines. Regularly update business hours and information on search and review sites.
Design and Editing: Utilize graphic design tools such as Canva, along with editors on TikTok, Snapchat, and Instagram, to produce visually appealing content.
Event Promotion: Be available on-site for specific and special promotional events, playing a key role in their execution and coverage.
Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze performance data from social media platforms and SEO efforts to inform future marketing strategies.
Artistic Direction: Exercise artistic authority within the established branding concepts, ensuring consistency and creativity in all marketing materials.

· Community Engagement and Management: Actively engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews across all platforms within a 12-24 hour period, representing our brand’s voice and values. This includes addressing customer inquiries, feedback, and managing online reputation to foster a positive community and customer experience.

· Supervision-Responsible for overseeing the work of the Graphic Designer and providing positive feedback to them.

Additional Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to brainstorm and execute marketing campaigns that promote our brand’s unique experiences.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that can inform marketing strategies and content creation.
Community Management: Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a manner that reflects our brand’s voice and values.
Project Management: Oversee and manage marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Upkeep of a daily/weekly/monthly marketing calendar.
Work as a team: Pitch in where the Kante Group team needs support.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in a similar marketing role, with a portfolio showcasing your ability to produce creative content across various platforms.
Skills: Proficiency in SEO, content creation, graphic design tools (e.g., Canva), and social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram). Proficient in Microsoft and Adobe product knowledge.
Education: No college education required, but a mastery of English and the ability to read and react to data are necessary.
Attributes: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work flexibly in a hybrid environment.

Working Conditions:

This position may require occasional lifting and the carrying of objects up to 50 pounds. Duties are typically performed in a fast paced, moderate volume restaurant environment, office environment, outdoor movie theater environment and retail business environment. Regularly required to use a computer keyboard, mouse, monitor and telephone. Regularly required to reach, talk, listen, interpret, and communicate, both verbally and in writing. Frequently required to walk/stand for extended periods of time, up to 100% of a normal work shift. Vision is expected to be at a level proficient for reading and viewing monitors and other hardware components. Restaurant environment of possible high stress during times of higher volume.

This position also requires working outdoors with possible exposure to excessive humidity, heat, and cold air temperatures. You will work around moving objects or vehicles and may be in contact with slippery and uneven walking surfaces.

Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
