This position will work out of their South End location at 4920 Hazelwood Avenue in Louisville, Kentucky. This facility houses our largest adult day center. Staff at this location are able to enjoy a provided lunch from our kitchen services.

Job Overview:

The Marketing and Sales Manager is responsible for driving the company’s marketing and sales initiatives, managing the company’s website, and overseeing social media activities. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, managing sales campaigns, ensuring a strong online presence, and networking within the community to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.

Marketing Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote services.
Identify target markets and develop strategies to reach potential customers.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.

Sales Management:

Lead and manage the sales initiatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Develop and execute sales campaigns and promotions.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.

New Business Development:

Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online research.
Develop and implement lead generation strategies to build a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
Maintain a database of qualified leads and track progress through the sales funnel.

Website Management:

Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of the company’s website.
Ensure the website is user-friendly, up-to-date, and accurately reflects the brand.
Analyze website traffic and user behavior to improve site performance and user experience.
Collaborate with designers and developers to implement website updates and enhancements.

Social Media Management:

Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Manage the company’s social media accounts, including content creation, posting, and interaction with followers.
Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

Content Creation and Management:

Create compelling and relevant content for marketing materials, website, and social media platforms.
Manage the content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of marketing messages.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to produce high-quality content.

Brand Management:

Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines and standards.
Monitor brand reputation and address any issues promptly.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage the marketing and sales budget.
Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Track expenditures and provide regular budget reports to senior management.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing and sales initiatives.
Provide regular reports on key metrics and performance indicators.
Make data-driven recommendations for improvements and optimizations.

Experience Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. – Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance management, preferably in the healthcare industry
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and sales strategies.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in marketing and sales software tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $57,076.00 – $65,874.00 per year
