Represents and increases awareness through participation in marketing events. Assists management with resident retention. Develops and executes marketing plans and achieves occupancy goals.Director of Marketing Key Duties:Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase occupancy and brand awareness.Maintain and enhance the company’s brand presence and reputation across all marketing platforms.Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, print advertising, and community outreach.Foster relationships with local healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders.Director of Marketing Liaison Experience:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, healthcare administration, or related field.
