With locations in major cities worldwide and a social media presence, we’re looking for a visionary marketer to elevate our brand to even greater heights.

You’re an experienced marketing leader with a proven track record in the restaurant industry. You thrive in entrepreneurial environments where you can shape strategy and drive impact. You understand the unique intersection of food, experience, and social media that drives modern hospitality brands. You’re equally comfortable developing high-level marketing strategies and rolling up your sleeves to execute when needed.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Own and evolve our brand narrative across all touchpoints
Lead social media strategy to continue growing
Develop marketing initiatives that drive foot traffic and engagement across all locations
Collaborate directly with the founders to align marketing efforts with their vision
Create and manage marketing campaigns for new restaurant openings, seasonal menu items, and special events
Analyze marketing performance data to optimize strategies and ROI
Build and lead a high-performing marketing team
WHAT YOU BRING
5+ years of marketing experience with progressive responsibility, with REQUIRED restaurant/hospitality industry experience
Proven success managing social media strategies that drive real business results
Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and influencer partnerships
Experience building and nurturing iconic food or lifestyle brands
Excellent creative direction skills with an eye for compelling visual content
Data-driven approach to marketing with ability to measure and demonstrate ROI
Exceptional communication skills and ability to work directly with founders
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to create your own roadmap for success
THE DETAILS
Salary: $150,000 – $175,000, commensurate with experience
Location: NYC-based (must live in or near New York City)
Reports to: Founders
Structure: This is a role for self-starters who can define their own impact
