We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of various online marketing channels. This role will focus on both internal marketing (employee engagement, internal communications) and external marketing (brand awareness, social media).
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
Create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO to improve organic search rankings.
Analyze performance metrics using analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Utilize social media marketing techniques to increase brand visibility and engage with target audiences.
Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve lead nurturing efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all digital channels.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
Qualifications
Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on content creation, copywriting, SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track campaign performance.
Experience with WordPress or similar content management systems for website management.
Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and their application in lead generation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box when developing marketing strategies.
A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
