About the Company:
VIP Play, Inc. operates ZenSports, a mobile gaming app that offers sports betting directly to customers via the comfort of their phones! We are currently operational in the state of Tennessee since June 2023, and plan to expand into new markets within 2025.
ZenSports is available for download in the App Store (iOS) and the ZenSports website (Android or Web). In the near future, ZenSports will be replaced with a state-of-the-art VIP Play app, including a full transition of our marketing and branding from ZenSports to VIP Play.
What we’re looking for:
ZenSports is looking for a results-driven marketing professional to join our team full team to lead our marketing efforts in Tennessee. This individual will oversee internal and external marketing staff and play an integral role in the planning and execution of company-wide marketing, with a focus on the Tennessee market.
Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee marketing strategy in Tennessee. Assist in planning company-wide branding and campaigns.
Plan marketing budgets in conjunction with Finance.
Manage direct reports within the Marketing department.
Monitor, organize and analyze content performance metrics to optimize strategies and drive results
Communicate via internal reporting and meetings with the Company executive team.
Required Skills:
3-5 years experience in marketing or similar field. Experience working in either gambling or for a mobile app company is a plus.
Familiarity with SEO principles and content marketing strategies
Experience with all of the major social media platforms.
Experience planning budgets for a marketing department
The following will improve your qualification for this role:
Being located in Tennessee.
Being technically proficient – able to communicate effectively with Product & Development.
A background in sports of any kind.
An understanding of sports betting or active sports bettor.
Benefits:
Pay Rate: $100,000 – $125,000
