We are hiring a results-driven and strategic Director of Performance Marketing to lead customer acquisition efforts for a high-growth DTC brand. This role will be pivotal in shaping and executing performance marketing strategies, optimising campaigns and leveraging data to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a robust customer acquisition strategy aligned with business growth targets
Manage and scale paid media campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including Meta, TikTok, VOD and OOH
Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling and high-performing ad content
Utilise data-driven insights to refine campaign strategies and enhance marketing performance
Build, mentor and lead a high-performing performance marketing team
Establish and execute a strong test-and-learn framework to drive innovation and optimisation
Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Demonstrated ability to scale acquisition strategies in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Hands-on experience managing and optimising paid media campaigns across multiple platforms
Strong analytical skills
Proven ability to manage budgets effectively and prioritise initiatives for maximum impact
Passion for innovation, including leveraging AI and emerging advertising technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness
