Social Media Director – Build the Voice of a Purpose-Driven Brand
WinChoice USA is growing fast and launching a national WinFluencer referral program—empowering customers, reps, and creators to earn by sharing their stories.
We need a social media leader with influencer experience to shape, scale, and optimize it all.
What You’ll Do:
Lead social & influencer strategy across all major platforms
Manage content, campaigns, and creative growth
Drive app downloads, engagement, and referrals
Build and guide a team of creators and editors
Align brand voice with mission-driven values and real-world results
lead the charge in creating viral pod cast so we can own the market in home services
What We’re Looking For:
5–10+ years in social media and influencer marketing
Experience growing brands and leading campaigns
Strong understanding of content performance + community building
A desire to do work that matters and drives opportunity for others
What You’ll Get:
$140K–$170K base + $75K–$150K bonus
Relocation/sign-on bonus ($10K–$25K)
