Part-Time Social Media Manager & Content Creator (Hybrid – West Palm Beach, FL)
Job Title: Social Media & Content Creator – Video Editing + Podcast Production (Part-Time, Hybrid)
Description:
We are a hybrid book publishing company headquartered in West Palm Beach, FL, looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our team part-time. This role requires someone who can develop and execute engaging social media strategies, film and edit content, and produce a podcast. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently while also coming into our office/studio at least once a week for content creation and team collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow our presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Plan, film, and edit short-form and long-form video content for social media.
Develop and schedule engaging posts that align with our brand.
Produce and edit podcast episodes, including audio mixing and video content.
Stay on top of social media trends to create viral, shareable content.
Track analytics and adjust strategies to improve performance.
Requirements:
Experience managing social media for brands or businesses.
Strong video editing skills (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
Podcast recording, editing, and production experience.
Knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
Ability to work both remotely and in-office (West Palm Beach) at least once a week.
Preferred:
Background in publishing, media, or content creation is a plus.
Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is beneficial.
Job Details:
Part-time (10-20 hours per week)
Hybrid role – Must be able to come into the office/studio weekly
