Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
Foster a vibrant atmosphere ofinnovationand new service offerings.
Define and communicate SIMCO’s roadmap for calibration services.
Gain rich insights into customer needs and industry trends in biomedical and aerospace, emphasizing quality andregulatory compliance.
Prioritize product features and enhancements informed by customer feedback and market research.
Pricing Strategy
Shape the pricing strategy for SIMCO’s services and offerings to encourage growth and profitability.
Conduct thorough pricing analysis and competitive benchmarking for optimal pricing models.
Work alongside finance, sales, and operations to refine pricing structures based on financial impacts.
Product Marketing
Craft and implement go-to-market (GTM) strategies to foster product growth.
Createimpactfulproduct messaging that resonates with target audiences and sets SIMCO apart in the market.
Develop product collateral and marketing materials to empower our sales teams.
Conduct competitive analysis to guide product positioning and segmentation.
Sales Enablement & Customer Engagement
Collaborate with the sales team to equip them with the necessary tools and training for effective productpromotion.
Engage regularly with customers to gather insights and feedback to enhance delivery.
Represent SIMCO’s product vision in key customer interactions and industry events.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Align with Product Development, Operations, and Customer Success teams to support successful product launches.
Drive synergy between Marketing, Sales, and Product Development to maximize market impact.
Create metrics for monitoring the success of product strategies and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
8+ years in product marketing or management, with a focus on B2B and regulated industries.
Strong knowledge of calibration, testing, or measurement sectors, particularly in biomedical and aerospace.
Demonstrated success in launching go-to-market strategies and effective product positioning.
Exceptionalcommunication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for wider audiences.
Experience in leveragingdata-driven decision-makingfor enhancing product and marketing success.
