About the Role
We are seeking adynamicDirector of Public Relations to spearhead our PR initiatives and enhance our company’s public image. In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies that promote key initiatives and resonate withdiverseaudiences. You will be the primary point of contact for media inquiries, coordinate the CEO’s public engagements, and craft compellingcommunicationmaterials.
As the Director of PR, you will monitor media coverage, manage our social media channels, and collaborate withcross-functional teamsto ensure cohesive messaging. We are looking for a creative strategic thinker who possesses a passion for storytelling and can thrive in afast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, a Master’s degree preferred, and a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in PR, media relations, or corporate communications, particularly in the cryptocurrency or fintech space.
Key qualifications include exceptional written and verbalcommunication skills, a robust media network, and proficiency with various PR software and social media management tools. You should be adept at handling tight deadlines and be prepared to travel occasionally and work beyond regular hours as necessary. Additionally, you will measure and analyze PR performance metrics to generate valuable insights forcontinuous improvement.
