About Us
Atomic Trips is a fast-growing travel company specializing in all-inclusive group trips to Europe. We create stress-free, immersive travel experiences and collaborate with creators and group leaders to promote unique travel opportunities. We are looking for a Content Writer & Partnership Coordinator to manage collaborations and write engaging travel content. No prior experience is required except having exceptional writing skills – we will provide training.
Responsibilities:
Creator Partnerships & Offer Management
Develop and send collaboration offers to content creators and travel hosts.
Establish long-term goals with each client to ensure ongoing partnerships.
Data entry + creation of client details in our system, including notes from meetings and video call links.
Follow up on offers, ensuring timely responses and maintaining relationships.
Oversee onboarding, ensuring promotional pages reflect the agreed tone and deal structure.
Maintain a calendar of follow-ups and check-ins for ongoing collaborations.
Content Writing & Website Oversight
Write one blog per day with the help of AI covering unique travel topics, curated company insights, and industry insights.
Submit all blogs to your personal underwriting team for editing and publishing.
Oversee website content, ensuring accuracy and engagement.
Regularly review and enhance website copy to align with brand voice and SEO best practices.
Qualifications
No prior experience required – we provide full training.
Strong writing skills with a creative and engaging tone.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and follow-ups.
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
Basic familiarity with Google Docs and data entry tools (or willingness to learn).
STRONG COMPUTER Skills – Must know how to quickly adapt to new apps.
Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Helpful)
Interest in travel and influencer marketing.
Basic understanding of social media platforms and marketing trends.
Compensation & Benefits
$2,400/month salary, paid on the 1st & 15th of each month.
