Director of Field Marketing
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Director of Field Marketing. In this position, you will be responsible for driving property-level revenue through marketing plans that address local and regional business objectives/challenges. Candidates must live nearby or be willing to relocate within driving distance to one of the following resort locations – Round Rock TX, Wisconsin Dells, WI, OR Spotsylvania VA.
The ideal candidate would need a mix of leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills to effectively oversee campaigns/projects and ensure they align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Thinking – driving property-level revenue through marketing plans.
Drive brand awareness, guest engagement, and revenue growth.
Creating and maintaining relationships with local communities and property leaders.
What We’re Looking For
A minimum of four years in a marketing position and/or advertising agency role is required with at least three years of experience in a hotel/resort or a related field.
At least two years’ supervisory experience in a marketing position.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, hospitality, business, or related field.
A broad understanding of the tourism industry and the day-to-day operations of a hotel/resort
