Marketing & Program Manager
Position Details:
Hours per Week: 15-20
Ideal Start Date: March 14
Location: Hybrid (30% on-site in Littleton, MA; 70% remote. Subject to change based on project/event needs)
Compensation: $22-$28 per hour, based on experience
Work Areas: Farm 359 and the Stack & Season Food Truck
Primary Focus: Marketing, Project Management, and Event Coordination

Responsibilities:
Marketing (80%)
Capture photos of food truck and farm activities for social media posts
Design graphics in Canva and write captions for Instagram and Facebook
Monitor and reply to social media comments and direct messages
Update websites via Squarespace including updating rotating menus, event pages, and images
Create print and digital marketing materials using Canva
(Preferred) Capture and edit videos to launch and maintain TikTok accounts
(Preferred) Compile and design email newsletters highlighting upcoming events and programming
Share social media posts, web updates, and newsletters for approval and implement feedback in a timely manner
Administrative Support (20%)
Assist with administrative tasks including replying to email inquiries, creating event budget trackers, create and manage program/event timelines, log business and event receipts
