WHAT YOU’LL DO
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead and grow our brand’s presence across social media platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging content, fostering online community engagement, and driving measurable results aligned with business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Strategy
Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy aligned with brand goals.
Stay up to date with platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Content Creation and Curation
Plan and execute a content calendar with high-quality, platform-specific posts.
Create engaging visual and written content, including graphics, videos, and captions.
Collaborate with the creative team for professional assets when needed.
Community Management
Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages promptly.
Foster brand conversations and identify opportunities for user-generated content.
Analytics and Reporting
Track, analyze, and report on KPIs, including engagement, reach, follower growth, and conversions.
Use insights to refine strategies and enhance content performance.
Campaign Management
Coordinate and execute paid social media campaigns in collaboration with the digital marketing team.
Partner with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify campaigns.
Collaboration
Work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Support integrated marketing efforts, including product launches, events, and promotions.
Trendspotting and Innovation
Identify and leverage emerging social media trends and technologies.
Experiment with innovative content ideas and formats to maximize engagement.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
2-5 years of experience in social media management at a CPG brand, ideally within the natural, supplement, or regulated space.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Proven experience creating and managing social media content across multiple platforms.
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
Basic graphic design and video editing experience (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools).
Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
Knowledge of paid social media advertising is a plus.
Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
COMPENSATION
An aggressive base salary will be provided in this position, with an additional lucrative bonus plan based on performance. Full medical benefits are provided as part of this role. Options/equity will be provided to suitable candidates after completion of the first 90 days. This role also provides the opportunity for advancement in role, function, and pay.
