Are you a dynamic marketing professional with a passion for senior living? Arcadia Senior Living in SE Portland is seeking a Marketing Director to lead our outreach, branding, and occupancy efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors while driving growth and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans to increase occupancy.
Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, including hospitals, physicians, and senior organizations.
Plan and coordinate community events, tours, and outreach initiatives.
Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media and online presence.
Track marketing performance and adjust strategies to meet community goals.
Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the community with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach (senior living or healthcare experience preferred).
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and creative thinker.
Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools is a plus.
