Role: DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING

Location: Hampton Inn and Suites Chicago Medical District UIC

Are you an innovative sales leader with a passion for hospitality? Do you thrive on building relationships, driving revenue, and leading high-performing teams? The Hampton Inn & Suites Chicago Medical District UIC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales & Marketing to elevate our market presence and take our hotel to the next level!

What You’ll Do:

Develop & Execute Sales Strategies – Create and implement innovative sales plans to maximize revenue and market share.
Lead & Inspire – Build, mentor, and motivate a high-energy team.
Build Relationships – Cultivate partnerships with corporate clients, travel agencies, medical institutions, and community organizations.
Drive Revenue Growth – Identify new business opportunities and optimize existing accounts.
Collaborate & Innovate – Work closely with operations, revenue management, and marketing teams to enhance guest experience and brand visibility.
Analyze & Adapt – Monitor market trends, performance metrics, and competitor activity to adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous hotel sales leadership experience required (Hilton experience a plus).
Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
Strong knowledge of the Illinois Medical District market preferred.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.
