Job Description
This position is responsible for leading all aspects of the Sales & Marketing department, developing, and driving strategic sales and marketing activity to maximize revenue potential and optimize business across all market segments to ensure budgeted expectations are met.
Develop sales and marketing strategy to achieve annual performance targets
Drive sales for corporate, leisure, and MICE markets
Build and develop relationships with industry partners, clients, and tourism organizations
Engage and develop adynamicand professional team to deliver results
Qualifications
Exceptional commercial sales and marketing experience
Previous luxury hospitality knowledge and experience
Dynamicleadershipskills with aproven track recordof delivering results
Ability to lead, motivate, and engage adiverse team
Commercial acumen and proven ability to applyanalytical skillsand operate in adynamic environment
