Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

& Planning

Create and execute integrated marketing and sales initiatives aligned with company goals

Lead and develop high-performing business development and marketing teams

Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities challenges

Foster cross-departmentalcollaborationto ensure successful execution of initiatives

Provide strategic insights and reporting toleadershipteam

Client Acquisition & Growth

Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and strategic partners

Develop and optimize sales pipeline aligned withcompany growthtargets

Understand client business goals and proposeinnovative solutions

Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies andteam leadership

Represent the company at key industry events

Guide brand strategy and market positioning

Oversee creation and execution of marketing campaigns

Lead digital marketing initiatives across all channels

Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies

Manage marketing and sales budget for optimal ROI

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (MBA preferred)

8+ years experience in agency digital marketing, including web design, paid advertising and SEO/SEM

5+ years successful salesleadershipexperience

3+ years progressiveleadershipexperience

Proven track recordof meeting or exceedingsales targets

Strong expertise in digital marketing strategies and execution

Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms

Excellence inteam leadershipand development

Outstandingcommunicationand presentation skills

Experience working with remote/hybrid teams

Available during core hours (M-F, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Pacific Time)
