You don’t even have to have experience with candles, you just need to love them! —————————————————————————————————— Currently seeking an energetic, friendly, and motivated individual to join our team PART TIME or FULL TIME as a Scent Stylist. The scent stylist will greet customers with a friendly smile and welcome them to enjoy a fun custom scent experience. Primary Job Responsibilities: Assist guests in fragrance exploration/blending and help educate through a fun and unique DIY experience Refill and clean fragrance oil bottles, vessel wall, and retail displays Fill wax melter(s), pour hot candle wax, and set up bar trays Trim wicks and clean customer candles and diffusers with aesthetic care Execute proper procedures to ensure operational efficiency and maximize output Collaborate in a team environment that continuously brainstorms new processes to scale operations with the company’s growth Style merchandise displays and use POS for retail customers Exhibit a fast, fun, and friendly attitude toward job responsibilities, coworkers, and supervisors Restock shelves and conduct product inventory Collaborate with Product Development team to provide feedback on new fragrances Participate in behind-the-scenes photos and videos for SL social media engagement and marketing priorities Excerpted from Sea Love Brand Standards Manual dated March 2023 You will be a great Scent Stylist if you are/have… Approachable attitude and excellent skills in customer service Trustworthy and dependable Ability to work quickly and efficiently Steadfast attention to detail Enjoy a fast-paced work environment Thrive in a teamwork environment Strong/honest communication Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work while standing 90% of the time Passion for small-business artisan products Self-starter and enjoy tasks that keep your hands busy Sea Love Candles and Company, LLC. is an equal opportunity employer a
